Following their move to within the Hexcite Group, Cygnia Maintenance briefed us to take a detailed look at their digital marketing strategy. It was clear from the start the business had a brilliant story to tell; their new online site, built from the ground up using all-new images and copy, showcases the business and explains the benefits of Cygnia’ services to retailers and commercial businesses.
Alongside this, it was also clear that Cygnia needed to talk more about the services provided. Signage maintenance contains many different facets, such as cleaning, detailed safety inspections and pest control. Not to mention a growing trend to retrofit new, sustainable materials into existing signage. Our new social media plan gave Cygnia a blueprint on how to best position their business, with new content provided each calendar month that talks about essential maintenance, sustainability, saving costs and practical advice and tips.
